We credit the original creators who make Escape Drive possible. This page explains how we attribute assets, what happens if something is misused, and how to file a DMCA-style request.

1. Ownership

Escape Drive, Escape Road, and related marks belong to their respective studios. Screenshots, thumbnails, and descriptive text on escapedrive.org are used for commentary and review purposes only. We do not claim ownership of those assets.

2. Fan-created assets

Articles, layout code, and UI assets produced by Escape Drive Fans are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to escapedrive.org. Republishing entire guides or scraping the site wholesale is prohibited.

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on this site without permission, email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and organization (if applicable).
  • A link to the original work proving ownership.
  • The exact URL on escapedrive.org where the content appears.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
  • Your electronic signature and preferred reply address.

We review every notice within three business days and remove or replace verified infringements.

4. Counter notices

If your content was removed in error, reply to the original email thread with evidence of your rights. We may restore the material after verifying the claim or once we receive written consent from the original reporter.
