Escape Drive Privacy Policy

We respect every driver who drops into our browser-based chases. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, which partners help us operate the site, and how to reach us if you need changes or removal.

1. Who we are

escapedrive.org is a fan-built hub operated by the Escape Drive Fans collective. We publish guides, host embedded iframes supplied by trusted third parties, and curate news about Escape Road missions. We do not run account systems or sell virtual items.

2. Data we collect

We collect limited information to keep the site stable and respond to inquiries:

  • Contact form fields. Name, email, and message body when you reach us via the Web3Forms-powered form.
  • Server logs. IP address, browser version, device type, referrer URL, and timestamps recorded automatically for security.
  • Analytics + ads. Aggregated page metrics from privacy-focused analytics and Google AdSense impressions/clicks.
  • Embedded games. When you launch an iframe, the game provider may set its own cookies; we do not receive their account data.

3. How we use the data

  • Answer support, DMCA, or partnership messages sent to [email protected].
  • Detect abuse, fraud, or uptime issues affecting the Play Now iframes.
  • Measure which guides resonate so we can publish better walkthroughs.
  • Comply with legal obligations or respond to verified law-enforcement requests.

4. Cookies and similar tech

escapedrive.org uses lightweight first-party cookies to remember UI preferences (for example, whether an iframe is expanded). Third-party partners—AdSense, embedded game hosts, and analytics scripts—may set their own cookies or similar identifiers. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so might limit analytics accuracy but will not block you from reading content.

5. Third-party links and embeds

We frequently link to other Escape series sites and embed games from azgame.io and related platforms. Those destinations operate under their own policies. Review their notices before submitting any personal data.

6. Data retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on ongoing requests. Server logs rotate within 30 days unless needed for a security investigation. Aggregated analytics remain indefinitely but never include personally identifying information.

7. Your rights

  • Request a copy or deletion of information you previously shared.
  • Ask us to stop emailing you future updates.
  • Report inaccurate references so we can correct or remove them.

Send any request to [email protected]. We reply within five business days.

8. Children's privacy

The site targets teen and adult players. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a guardian believes a minor has contacted us, email us and we will purge the data.

9. Updates

We may update this notice as we add new features or integrate additional partners. The "Last Updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
